Relief measures offered by Najm
We hope you and your loved ones are safe at home and in good health. In response to the current COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update you on the measures Najm is taking to address this unique and challenging period. We remain committed to our customers and understand the unprecedented situations some are experiencing which is why we are extending support to help ease the financial burden some of our customers may be facing during this difficult time.
Najm is introducing relief measures effective 1st April until 30th June 2020 to both affected and non-affected customers.

Unable to make payments due to travel restrictions*
Benefit from a 50% interest reduction and waiver of late payment fees for a period of 2 months from the date of reporting.
A confirmed case of COVID-19*
All impacted customers can get a 6-month payment holiday with 0% interest and waiver of all fees including annual fee, late fee, over limit fee and Lifestyle Protection / MyGuard fee.
All Najm customers can benefit from the following:

Waiver of cash advance fees
Get a 100% reversal of cash advance fees for all domestic ATM withdrawals over the next 3 months.
0% EPP for school fee and grocery purchases
Enjoy interest-free instalment plans for all school fee payments as well as grocery purchases with no processing fees for up to 6 months.
Waiver of payment charges
Waiver of the AED 3.15 charge for all online banking payment channels (Emirates NBD, Citibank, HSBC and Mashreq) over the next 3 months. Najm Online remains free of charge to use.
