Yes, you can make a restricted number of transactions. However, it is always recommended to use Samsung Pay with a working WiFi or data connection.

After completing a payment using Samsung Pay, payment confirmation will be displayed on your mobile screen. Additionally, you will continue to receive transaction alerts through SMS on your registered mobile number.
Yes, you will receive all the benefits, rewards and protection that your credit card currently provides when you pay with Samsung Pay.
All data on your phone should be deleted before selling or giving away your device. You should also delete all cards you have added to Samsung Pay. Please note this should be done for any other app which has stored your card details.
If your old card was blocked when you placed a request for replacement, you will need to activate and enroll your new card to continue using Samsung Pay.
Your Samsung Pay transaction will be declined if your card is blocked or suspended.
You can continue to use Samsung Pay till your card expiry date. Once you receive and activate your renewed card, you will need to update the card details on your Samsung Pay app.
